What you’ll be doing:
The Marketplace Manager will report into the Head of Consumer Partnerships, with a responsibility for driving everyday earn opportunities in the eCommerce space. Leading the strategy delivery and guiding a small team, the role will be responsible for the ongoing roadmap development and optimisation of this space
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Come with 5+ years marketplace experience, with 2+ years running and managing a marketplace
- Are confident managing e- commerce platforms using Adobe Commerce , including product catalogue management, order processing, and customer service
- Have a solid understanding of the Australian marketplace landscape and industry developments, plus experience in UX principles and best practices
- Have 5+ years sales, marketing or product management experience (desirable)
- Are confident in people leadership
- Enjoy designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and
- objectives through technology (desirable)
- Have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing and digital product developmentUnderstand analytics, with a focus on data- driven decision making
- Have previous loyalty experience ,
- Come with knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices to ensure the site is usable by all.
