Cabin Manager - Perth

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To elevate our Cabin Crew to deliver outstanding service to our customers, our Cabin Managers inspire and support our people to perform at their best.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Must be an operational cabin crew member for at least 12 months (or relevant industry experience)
  • A proven track record in being reliable and consistently able to meet rostering requirements
  • Have demonstrated a high level understanding of current SOP, SEP and Virgin Australia service standards, and be able to deliver the levels of service required online
  • Have a genuine desire to lead, coach, support and develop others
  • Role model positive behaviours, champion company values at all times and demonstrate strong commitment to your role as cabin crew
  • 100% compliance and currency in all requirements of current role, including V-Learn, CCONs, and required reporting (safety, fatigue, etc)
  • Meeting performance expectations (unsatisfactory performance will have been documented and shared with you, including entries in MyPath).

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Written Application – Step 1:

Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted based on strength of written application, past performance and roles and confirmed CS endorsement.

Unsuccessful team members will receive an email, however are encouraged to contact their LCC to receive feedback on their written application.

Shortlisted to Interview – Step 2:

Successful shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview via email.
Team members scored based on an ability to demonstrate your capability in the role, motivation, professionalism and strength of responses to possible roleplay and situational and behavioural questions.

Successful and unsuccessful application will be notified via phone.
