What you’ll be doing

Focusing on sophisticated data reporting, insightful analysis, and optimising our HRIS capabilities, you'll be the go-to expert for HR data, providing crucial insights that influence strategy and improve employee experiences within our exciting, fast-paced organisation.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
- Are degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Analytics or other related disciplines
- Have 4-6 years of proven experience in data reporting and analytics, including manipulating large datasets and utilising data management systems.
- Have well-developed HR reporting capability and understanding, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to key stakeholders.
- Well-versed in systems such as Power Query, Power BI, Excel and powerpoint, utilising them to develop critical reports.
You’ll be someone with a sharp eye for detail, who strives to deliver clear, accurate, top-quality work. You will have excellent organisational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be an analytical person, translating large volumes of data to produce high-quality reports to develop insightful reports and dashboards, translating complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
Continuous improvement will be part of your day-to-day, as you look to develop process and system enhancements for both internal and external customers. Collaboration is key, as you use your people skills to communicate findings and influence action.
