In the role of Service Adhoc Instructor you will facilitate a variety of training programs to our crew that highlight the exceptional Virgin Australia Brand and the service delivered by our crew to our guests.

We currently are accepting applications for VAA in BNE, ADL and PER.

 

TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Operational VAA Cabin Crew for at least 9 months
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and refined public speaking skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Virgin Australia Values and how to inject these into your guest interactions
  • A passion for exceptional service delivery
  • Exemplary leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent grooming standard
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a role model for our Crew

 

GREAT TO HAVE:

  • Teaching or Training experience
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • Recognised Teaching or Training qualification
  • Current Certificate IV - Workplace Training & Assessment
